Who you contract with

The Vayvara platform is operated by Stratalynx ("Supplier" in Paddle's terms). When you purchase a paid Vayvara listener plan or related digital subscription through our checkout, Paddle is the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record for that Transaction. Your contract for payment is with the relevant Paddle entity; your use of the Product (the Vayvara service) is governed by our Terms of Service together with Paddle's agreement. Please read Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy—this page summarises how that framework applies to Vayvara and must be read together with those documents.

Subscriptions — cancel anytime

You can cancel a Subscription at any time with effect from the end of your current billing period. After that, you will not be charged again. Cancel through the Paddle Buyer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email) or the cancellation path Paddle provides in checkout communications, in line with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

14-day withdrawal — EU, EEA & UK consumers

If you are a Consumer residing in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement with Paddle for any reason within 14 days of completing the Transaction, and to receive a full refund of the relevant Charges you paid to Paddle, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy (including section 2) and section 15 of the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Exception for digital supply: If during your Transaction you agreed for the Product to be made available to you before the end of that 14-day period and you started downloading, streaming, using, or otherwise benefiting from the Product during those 14 days, the right of withdrawal may cease to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law, as described in Paddle's terms.

Delivery problems

If Stratalynx (Vayvara) fails or unreasonably delays in supplying the Product because of technical issues after your payment has been taken, you are entitled to a replacement or refund of the relevant Charges, as set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms (payment section). Contact support@vayvara.com for product access issues; we will work with Paddle where a refund of Charges is required.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or exercise withdrawal rights, follow Paddle's Refund Policy (section 3: use the link in your receipt, Paddle Buyer portal / subscription management, or paddle.net as described there). You may also contact Paddle at help@paddle.com where that route is listed in Paddle's terms.

Chargebacks

Paddle encourages you to contact Paddle directly before disputing a Charge or raising a chargeback. See Paddle's Buyer Terms — Chargebacks.

Tax refunds (businesses)

Businesses that may be entitled to a sales tax refund must contact Paddle within 60 days of the Transaction, with valid documentation, as described in Paddle's Buyer Terms ("Tax Refunds" section).

Other regions & mandatory rights

Additional statutory or discretionary refund windows (for example for Canada, Singapore, South Korea, or the United States) are described in Paddle's Refund Policy (section 2) and in section 15 of Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer law in your place of purchase; where law gives higher protection, that law applies.

Stratalynx may update this summary to stay aligned with Paddle and the way Vayvara is sold. The date at the top shows the latest revision. In case of conflict between this page and the Paddle Buyer Terms , Paddle's Refund Policy, or checkout copy at the time of your Transaction, the Paddle documents control for payment, refunds, and withdrawals.
