Our policy
Vayvara is operated by Stratalynx from Singapore. We respect intellectual property under the Copyright Act 2021 and other applicable law. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, you may request removal by sending a notice with the information below. We may remove or disable access to disputed material and, where appropriate, restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law and our Terms of Service.
The checklist below follows information often required under U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) practice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)); many rights holders already use that format. Providing this detail helps us act quickly and does not mean U.S. law alone governs your claim.

Replace or supplement this address with a dedicated copyright or designated-agent inbox if you use one. Ensure the inbox is monitored.
What to include in a takedown notice
Your notice should include the following (modeled on common international practice, including 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name with intent to sign is acceptable in email).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if many).
- Identification of the material on Vayvara that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, links to artist pages, track titles, URLs, and approximate dates).
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
- A good-faith statement that you believe use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the notice was mistaken or misidentified, you may respond with a counter-notification that complies with applicable law, including your consent to jurisdiction and accurate contact details. We may restore content after the legally required waiting period unless the complainant seeks a court order. This is general information, not legal advice—consult counsel if needed.
Misrepresentations
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability under applicable law.
